Do you accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges?

I do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges, so be sure to look over your order carefully before submitting. Please contact me if there is a problem with your order and I will do my best to resolve the issue!

 

Will sold out items be restocked?

Depending on interest, I may restock select items once my initial stock sells out. Please keep in mind, however, that I may not produce more of every design.

 

When will I receive my preorder item/s?

The expected ship time for each preorder item is listed on its product page. If the shipping window needs to be pushed back for any reason (such as a delay with my manufacturer), I will update this information on the product page, as well as make a public post about it on my socials.

 

Do you offer international shipping?

I do! However, I am only able to process international (non-U.S.) orders through my etsy, which can be found here: https://www.etsy.com/shop/DaeyumiArts

I am also able to accept Paypal as a payment option through my etsy, so if you need to pay that way then please also use the link above.
